INGREDIENTS
6 oz mangos
1/2 c coconut water
4 ice cubes
6 oz plain yogurt
3 shots of Kraken Rum
crushed pistachios for garnish

 

INSTRUCTIONS
blend everything (besides the pistachios) and serve in a martini glass. Garnish with pistachos and serve. Makes 3.

THE SPIKED CHAI

 

INGREDIENTS
2 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream Liqueur
6 oz Masala Chai (chilled)
1/2 oz Spiced Rum
1/2 oz Simple Syrup (optional)
Star Anise (garnish)

 

INSTRUCTIONS
Make chai and chill in fridge. Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the chai. Add the spiced rum & sweeter. Top with Baileys. Stir well and garnish with star anise.

 

masala-mango-margaritaMASALA MANGO MARGARITA

 

INGREDIENTS
2 tbs mango puree
1/2 tsp tamarind pulp
juice of 1 lime
4 oz tequila
4 oz Triple Sec
1/4 tsp chat masala
1/4 tsp red mirchi
1/8 tsp salt

 

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the chat masala, red mirchi and salt together (this will be for the rim of the glass). In a blender: blend the mango puree, tequila, triple sec, tamarind pulp, and ice. Line the rim of the glass with the mirchi masala salt mixture before pouring in margarita.

INGREDIENTS
(makes 4-6 drinks)
1 tbs curry powder
28.2 oz can of stewed tomatoes (preferably San Marzano tomatoes)
2 stalks of celery
2 tbs lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red mirchi
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
ice
1/2 c of mellow gin (like Bombay Saphire or Hendricks)

 

INSTRUCTIONS
Blend the can of tomatoes, celery, lemon juice, curry powder and pepper until smooth. In a small bowl, mix the salt and red mirchi – use this mixture to line the rim of the glass. Fill the glass with ice and pour over bloody mary mixture. Garnish with celery stalk and serve!

INGREDIENTS
(Serves 1)
2 half-inch slices of cucumber
8 leaves of fresh cilantro
2 quarter inch slices of fresh jalapeño slices
1 3/4 oz gin
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup

 

INSTRUCTIONS
Muddle the cilantro, one slice of cucumber, and jalapeño in a mixing glass until slightly mashed. Add gin, lime, simple syrup and shake vigorously. Strain into double rocks glass, half filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of cucumber.

INGREDIENTS
(Serves 1)
2 oz light rum
3 oz coconut water with lychee juice
3 oz sugar free pineapple coconut soda
ice
garnish with pineapple wedge or lychee

 

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the rum, coconut water and pineapple coconut soda. Pour in glass over ice and garnish with lychee or pineapple wedge.
