Sometimes the hardest thing about cooking is just deciding what to eat that week. Planning meals can be mundane – we empathize. And nothing is worse than having the same thing week after week.
We found some recipes that, using some ingenue, repurpose leftovers (win!) and make them taste fresh and nouveau. Plus, LBH the Indian love affair with Mexican food started way long ago. We are just rekindling that romance.
